I don't know why we keep buying this series. It is fun to read the Egyptian Myths of creation, and also learn about each deity individually. We read a lot of mythology. I found it really helpful that the author always gave reminders about an aspect of a god that we had already read about, when that god is mentioned again in a later chapter, as sometimes I find it hard to remember what I read earlier, so I found a little reminder very helpful. Unless a child has previous exposure to the Egyptian gods keeping track of "who is who and what do they do" can easily become confusing.
